I am a volunteer to the Veterans Administration hospitals and with my co-workers we prepare and donate computers for the patients but most importantly we teach them to use the computers and continue to support them as they learn. Some of the most exciting work we have done is to provide web cams to some of the older patients who have been stuck here for months or years and allow them to actually see and be seen by their families all over the world! It is very useful and rewarding work we are engaged in and a great pleasure to bring a little happiness to some of the long term VA patients.
